VP of NY Gas Complex Construction

National Grid

Clara Giustino is the Vice President of NY Gas Complex Construction in National Grid. In this role, she oversees the project management and construction of complex natural gas and renewable capital projects. In her 34-year career with National Grid, she has held leadership and individual contributor roles in Construction, Operations and Engineering. She has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and an MBA in Finance.

In 2020, she received the Long Island Business News Top 50 Women in Business award. In addition, she received the National Hispanic Achiever Awards. Clara is published in the American Gas Association Operating Section Proceedings as a co-author for her work in vacuum technology. She serves on the Girl Scouts of Nassau County Board Development Committee. She is also a member of The Energeia Partnership.

Clara serves as a mentor and frequent contributor to National Grid’s leadership program developing young members of the community. These programs support Clara’s and National Grid’s mission to inspire and prepare young people to succeed.
