Vice President of Operations

Restaurant Associates

Charlotte Robertson is a VP of Operations for Restaurant Associates, in charge of food service operations at many top museums in NYC as well as performing arts centers in NYC and DC. She started her career in foodservice as a server, busser and host in college and loved it so much that she made it a career. She worked in DC and Las Vegas for Jose Andres for 10 years before branching out into hotel management and now cultural center management. She holds an MBA from Darden School at the University of Virginia and currently lives in Queens.
